My store

Updating details

Maintain your store by keeping your details updated. You can do so by going to My Cannla > My store > Details page.

About your Store text
Write a detailed description of your Store - up to 4000 characters. For example, you may write about what you sell. The information which you add here will appear on your ‘About Store’ page.

Your store policies
Write a detailed description for your Store policies - up to 4000 characters. You may like to explain about payment methods, shipping, warranty information etc. Store policies are your own and apply solely to your customers.

Store Categories

Store Categories are your very own unique categories and are in addition to Cannlas standard categories. For example, you may add categories like, ‘On sale’ or ‘New arrivals’. You can add your own Store Categories from My Cannla > My store > Store categories or when listing a new item for sale. When you list a new item for sale, you will have the option for it to appear in your own Store Categories.

Store news

*Only available to a Premium Store. Keep Members up-to-date on your Store’s latest news, E.g, a new product line or end of season sale. You can add news from My Cannla > My store > News by clicking on the "Add new store news" button.

Plan and billing

This is an overview of your current Store membership. This includes subscription type, Store type and your Store membership expiry date. You can extend your Store membership from this page.
